In September 2026, Jiangxi Xintian Auto Industry Co., Ltd. organized a Thailand trip for employees who have dedicated 15 years or more to the company. The journey across borders was an opportunity to recognize their long-standing commitment and contribution, while also giving employees the chance to experience another side of the company beyond their daily work.
All employees participating in the trip had been with the company for at least 15 years, with the longest-serving employees having more than 20 years of service. The journey began in Yichun, continued through Guangzhou, and then took the group to Bangkok and Pattaya, Thailand, including a visit to a local factory. More than an employee benefit, the trip reflected XINTIAN’s continued commitment to employee development and its focus on building a people-centered corporate culture.
From Yichun, a Journey Beyond the Familiar
In September, XINTIAN’s long-serving employees set out from Yichun on a journey that was different from their everyday working lives.
The employees participating in the Thailand trip had been with XINTIAN for between 15 and more than 20 years. Over the years, they have experienced different stages of the company’s development, while building expertise and taking on greater responsibilities in their respective roles. This journey was an expression of appreciation for their long-term commitment and contribution.

A Stop in Guangzhou, and Time to Slow Down
After arriving in Guangzhou, the employee group took time to experience the city and visit local landmarks.
For employees who are usually immersed in production, business operations and day-to-day responsibilities, stepping away from their familiar work routines and exploring another city together offered a valuable opportunity to relax and reconnect with colleagues.

Bangkok and Pattaya: Experiencing a Different Culture and Cityscape
After arriving in Thailand, the group visited Bangkok and Pattaya, experiencing the local culture, cityscape and distinctive atmosphere of each destination.
Bangkok’s urban landscape, the scenery along the Chao Phraya River and local cuisine offered an experience very different from the employees’ everyday working environment. As the group traveled from Bangkok to Pattaya, the scenery gradually shifted toward the coast, creating more opportunities to capture memorable moments along the way.

Stepping from a familiar domestic manufacturing environment into an overseas production facility gave employees an opportunity to observe local operations firsthand and experience differences in equipment, production pace and management practices.
